Ayman has been acting as legal counsel and litigator before the Djiboutian Courts for over 12 years and is widely recognized for his expertise in banking law.
He is a Lawyer registered with the Djibouti Bar since 2012 and is the Founding Partner of AYMAN SAID LAW FIRM established in 2016.
He has also been a lecturer at the Ecole Nationale d'Etudes Judiciaires (ENEJ) since its establishment in 2022, and a contributor to the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Working Committee in Djibouti.
Maître Ayman SAID contributed to the drafting of the Djibouti chapter of the yearly “Doing Business” Report of the World Bank, the 2018 Guide of the All China Lawyers Association (« Legal environment report of the Belt and Road Countries ») and the draft Digital Code of Djibouti.
He is also a lecturer at the National School of Judicial Study (ENEJ) since its launch in 2022 and a contributor to the GAFI Task Force in Djibouti.
